Background

RingCentral provides a cloud-based business phone system. It offers PBX features such as multiple extensions; call control, Box integration, SMS, video conferencing and web conferencing and rule-based call routing and answering.

My role

At my time at RingCentral, I was responsible for making sure interaction and UI for newly introduced flows scaled across devices. I also, worked on contributing new patterns to our UI kit.
